Metal Bunnies! : 3

Hello, and happy Chinese New Year! ^___^

People seemed very enthusiastic about this year, handing out bunny candy and so on.
I was supposed to go to the festivities in Newcastle on Sunday, but wasn't well, and had to stay in -- unfortunately the weather was terribly windy and rainy on the day as well, so I hope it still went well over there!

On the other hand, I managed to get out yesterday, and Joe took me on a date!
Neither of us had much money, but it was still lovely -- he took me to the Winter Gardens, and to the Disney Store in search of Jack Skellington things, and then for Hot Chocolate in Esquires!
He's so lovely, and he was sad when we got home, saying he wished the museum had been bigger and so on, awww! <3
Jim came with us, but had to stay in the bag the entire time, because the weather was still too rough for her...
I'd have liked to get some pictures of her with the plants, but...well, maybe next time.

And now we're on the subject of the little resins, good news!

My lovely friend, J'Lostein was especially kind the other week, and helped me pay for the little Pong that was for sale! I'm so happy, and grateful to her -- definately owe her something amazing, like a giant flying bunny or something. : )
She should be on her way soon -- I absolutely can't wait, and will have to spam her little face everywhere!
Thank you so much, Jamie! ^____^

And more good news; Sam (Nia) arrived the other day, very unexpectedly!
I can't even tell you how relieved both myself and the seller were...
The box was a state -- the paper half ripped off, then taped back on, the box lid dented a lot, the bottom had a slash down it... think he was only saved by how well she bubble-wrapped him, to be honest.
But he was saved, and is fine; he looks amazing - I'm absolutely in love with him!
He needs re-stringing, and a bit of a clean, but I'll post some pictures of him as soon as possible -- he actually reminds me of Yder a lot. See if you agree. : )

Some slightly bad news on the doll front, however, is that when my Ryu came, his leg was broken!
I've contacted Migidoll, and we arranged a replacement, but she said replacing the whole doll would be better, as the resin probably wouldn't match at just replacing one joint...
She has been very kind, and apologetic, and insists on paying for everything, including the postage, but waiting 3 weeks to a month for him? ... not so happy; I did want to have both him and Nikolai sent off by the first week of March, for their faceups... there's still time though, let's pray. ><;;;

Anyway, I'd better be off for now -- I'm about to go house-hunting for the day, with Joe and my Dad.
Hopefully will be able to update again  very soon.
