Introductions (for all of us)

First post, on a new journal!

As you can probably tell, I'm pretty new to this site - I don't have a clue what's going on!
(especially not the HTML//gadget side of it -- this will take some time!)
But I love to blog, and I've used LiveJournal since I was a kid, but I felt like a new start for 2011.

I suppose I'd better start with the basics:

My name is Ash, I'm currently 22, and I am considered very strange, to the untrained eye!
My passions include film, photography, dollfie (BJDS), cosmetics (artistically), music, and Facebook, haha. I also love to meet new people, but can be irritatingly shy.

                                              This was me last month; quite a mess, haha.

As you can probably tell, I have a bit of a... 'unique' style, and I like to dye my hair a lot, but I use veggie-dye, so its quite safe; Its been black, plum, blue, platinum, turquoise, purple, lilac, then blue again, so quite a list really.
I have been called emo before, but I assure you that isn't true at all... I feel too old to be labelled something like that, haha.

As for the here and now, I plan to be moving out this year, to my own place! Its fairly exciting, but terrifying at the same time... I suppose a good dose of these is always healthy though.
Its all a bit overwhelming, but it will be great to have my own space, and hopefully even find a better place to take pictures of  my dollfies!

I'll post pictures of them in the next couple of entries, perhaps, but I have rather a lot -- twelve at home, and two and a half more on the way!

That's all for introductions though - hopefully it will do, for now.
