Hope-dashing

...'ideal' buys just always have to come about at precisely the worst time, don't they?
I don't suppose there really is a perfect time to buy yourself an expensive doll, but still, I doubt I'm the only one to complain about this!

I found a perfect Shushu for sale on DOA's marketplace, just the right body, bust, default face, extra sleeping head = perfect. Unfortunately, she didn't sell internationally, and by the time I found a (wonderful!) friend to help me out with the sale, the doll was On Hold to someone else...
Ouch! What a dramatic high-to-low that was!

There hasn't been another yet that I've liked quite as much, since the face has to be just right, if she's to replace Chii, so I decided to save like hell, and buy her from Fairyland myself, but at the same time, I found myself looking at Minifee Chloe a lot as well...I've not always been sure about that mold, since I think she tends to look very baby-faced, to the point of she-should-stick-to-Littlefee, but Lorti's girl really won me over, and the other day, I found a beautiful, absolutely ideal Chloe on the MP, that would replace Chii more perfectly than perhaps any doll could!
Unfortunately, she's expensive, and probably has a hell of a lot of interest, so I doubt the seller, kind as she is, will be willing to accept my positively miserable layaway...

Yes, the dollfie Gods are cruel, but I will remain hopeful, and of course, grateful that I have other gorgeous dolls to appreciate right now, that I would never regret buying!
Noel, Chibi Sam, and of course, Petdoll Cathy, who is finally on her way to me...no, I don't regret these layaway decisions at all. <3
(not to mention the anniversary gifts I got for my parents this week...they had better like them!)

Anyway, I'll find some more items to sell, both human and dollie alike, and have myself a Minifee girl one of these days...!

I just hope Yder and/or Woori sell soon!
I reduced Yder a little more, and now both dolls are on Ebay.
