Profiles and Progress!

Another quick update from me!

Once again pictureless, but I bring other (hopefully) good news -- I've started a Character Profile Tab!
You should be able to see it now, along the border at the top of the page, along with the links to DOA, my Facebook and of course, a link back to this original blog, should you get confused. :P

The plan is to post a dollie's profiles once a day, or if that regularity fails, once or twice a week.
They will include a brief summary of the doll itself, from his/her wigs, eyes, company, etc, to the profile of the character, and progression pictures from when they first arrived, to the present day, so you will see (and I can be nicely reminded) of how far they have come. :3
Most of these characters had been around for years before I started collecting dolls, as the cast of stories I used to write -- my BJDs work as excellent shells for them, and have helped me expand their personalities greatly, since I started owning them in 2007.
My collection of BJDs has carried on after filling the cast, however, and so the profiles have started to change in the last couple of years...for some, I'm still not sure how to sum the characters up, since they're a lot more open, regular and without a lot of history, not coming from a fantasy story....I'm sure you will notice this when we come to it... xD

I hope you enjoy them anyway, and see the work I have put into these not-so-little guys!
They really are very precious to me -- every last one. :3

Speaking of which, Jemimah's birthday present finally arrived, and I just put it on her!
I can't get any pictures of her right now, since I brought a nasty cold home with me from my trip to Scotland, and find myself bed-ridden, but here is the item itself:

She now finally has the same overalls as her smaller, original self! xD
Now she just needs The Hat!

Other birthdays aren't far off, either!
Nikolai's is on the 22nd, and I'm really struggling for the money to get his gift...that might have to be late as well! :( Still...better to wait and get something really awesome, right?

...and of course, it will be two years on the 18th since I first created this blog! :D

Lastly, the Crobidoll order was here by the time I got home...the products are all fantastic, but I haven't had much time to enjoy them, being so ill...pictures are promised though, as soon as I can get them!
