I finally received a message from Migidoll, and apparently Ryu was sent back to them, because of some mistake with the address or phone number - he didn't make it to my country, but Migi weren't sure of who he belonged to, until last week!
I have sent them my personal details again, so hopefully he will be here within the next week or so!
I am so relieved to hear this, but won't get my hopes up too much until he's here, safe, and unbroken!
If there's another problem though, I am just going to go for a refund, and keep the money for when a full Ryu/mod appears on DOA... it could take a while, but at least I know he's be safe.
I do feel very bad for the artist though, waiting on me like this - I can't wait to get in touch with her, and have good news! : )
Hopefully she will forgive me...can't describe how guilty I feel...I'll give her some extra cash for her trouble. : )
